May is universally an ONE* month (in numerology* terms). New beginnings create a surge of events that blast into our life. We have many aspects and events that force our movement from old situations to new ones. We must shed the past and start using a new approach. The month of May provides change as stepping stones shift. The new directions may not be our choice, but are the requirements from shifting circumstances. The ONE* energy gives us a new pathway to walk, even if the scenery looks the same, the changes will push us to walk in a different way. May 13th becomes a powerful day as Sun connects with Jupiter. Jupiter has been expanding us beyond our old environment since June 2011. However, the awaited aspect of Sun spotlighting the benefits from Jupiter has not occured until the last leg of the journey. Rewards, recognition and results have been held at bay. May 13th provides the movement to see the rewards on the horizon that have been formulating since June 2011. The Solar Eclipse on May 20th in Gemini brings the new changes, opportunities, rewards forward, giving us a pathway well-deserved. May 27th Sun connects with Mercury as we sign on the dotted line, making a comitment to launch our life into new exciting directions.

2012 is universally a FIVE year. Change, breakthrough and freedom becomes the energy of the new year. We have finally reached the summit of the FIVE year, as the long, dark, cold climb of the last four years, since 2008, has finally graced us with the rays of light of 2012. The light pulls us forward and gives us the chance to see that the summit has awaited our arrival to grant us a view of the mid-point of our nine-year journey. We can see how high we have climbed and traverse across the summit to see the stunning view of the other side where sunshine, the rolling green hills and the roads will take us to the next phase of our journey. The FIVE year changes many things about our life and to finally get to the FIVE year of 2012 becomes the shift that renews our optimism and excitement about life.
